First, fuel system failure: the power or speed of the engine is still not high after the throttle
1, the fuel filter or pipeline into the air or obstruction, resulting in unimpeded oil circuit, insufficient power, and even difficult fire. The air entering the pipeline should be cleared, the diesel filter element should be cleaned, and the fuel filter core should be replaced if necessary.
2. Insufficient fuel supply of fuel injection pump
Should check in time, or repair and replace the couple, and adjust the oil supply oil pump.
3. Poor atomization of fuel injector or low injection pressure
Oil injection couple damage caused by oil leakage, bite or poor atomization, at this time is easy to lead to lack of cylinder, engine power shortage. Should timely clean, grind or replace the fuel injector.

Carbon accumulation in the exhaust pipe should be removed: reinstall the exhaust pipe, with no more than three elbows and a large enough exhaust section.
Three, injection advance Angle or inlet, exhaust phase change: performance deteriorates under each gear speed
If the feed advance Angle is too large or too small, the injection time of the oil pump will be too early or too late. If the injection time is too early, the fuel will not burn fully. If it is too late, the white smoke will come out and the fuel will not burn fully. The combustion process is not at its best. At this time, check whether the screw of the oil injection drive shaft adapter is loose. If it is loose, adjust the oil supply advance Angle again according to the requirements and tighten the screw.
Four, diesel engine overheating, environmental temperature is too high: oil and cooling water temperature is very high, exhaust temperature is also greatly increased
The overheating of diesel engine is caused by the failure of the cooling or lubrication system. In this case, the water temperature and oil temperature are too high, and the cylinder or piston ring is easily stuck. When the exhaust temperature of the diesel engine increases, the cooler and the radiator should be checked, the scale should be removed, and the relevant pipeline should be checked whether the pipe diameter is too small. If the ambient temperature is too high, ventilation should be improved and cooling measures should bestrengthened temporarily.
Five, the cylinder head assembly failure: at this time not only insufficient power, performance decline and leakage, intake pipe black smoke, abnormal tapping and other phenomena

3. Valve spring is damaged
Valve spring damage will cause valve return difficulty, valve leakage, gas compression ratio is reduced, resulting in insufficient engine power. The damaged valve spring should be replaced in time.
4. Incorrect valve clearance
Improper valve clearance will cause air leakage, resulting in engine power reduction, and even difficult to fire. The valve clearance should be reset to the specified value.
5, the oil injector hole leakage or its copper washer damage: piston ring stuck, valve rod bite caused by insufficient cylinder compression pressure
Fuel injector mounting hole leakage or copper pad damage will cause cylinder shortage, so that the engine power is insufficient. It should be removed for repair and replaced with damaged parts. If the inlet temperature is too low, the heat dissipation will increase. In this case, adjust the inlet temperature to conform to the specified value.
Five, connecting rod bearing and crankshaft connecting rod journal surface bite hair
The occurrence of this situation will be accompanied by abnormal sound and oil pressure drop phenomenon, which is caused by oil channel blockage, oil pump damage, oil filter element blockage, or oil hydraulic is too low or even no oil and other reasons. At this time, the side cover of the diesel engine can be removed, check the side gap of the connecting rod big head, to see whether the connecting rod big head can move back and forth, if not move, that has bitten hair, should be repaired or replaced connecting rod bearing.
For supercharged diesel engines, in addition to the above reasons will reduce the power, if the supercharger bearing wear, press and turbine inlet pipe is blocked by dirt or leakage, can also make the power of the diesel engine. When the supercharger appears the above situation, should respectively overhaul or replace the bearing, clean the intake pipe, shell, wipe the impeller, tighten the joint surface nut and clamp.
